Originally from Seekonk, Massachusetts, began his financial services career at Fidelity in Boston, MA. Billy moved to Nashville in 2022 to serve as Managing Director of Pacer ETFs overseeing a territory of over $1 billion in assets. In that role, he worked closely with financial advisors throughout Tennessee and Kentucky, helping them identify investment strategies tailored to their clients’ long-term goals. His ability to combine deep product knowledge with personalized service made him a trusted partner in the advisor community.

At Creative Investment Group, Billy brings a strong foundation in finance and relationship management to support his clients with thoughtful, goal-oriented financial solutions. He holds the Series 63, 65, and CETF designations.

Billy graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance, and earned his master’s degree in management. While at Merrimack, Billy was a member of the college’s baseball team.

Outside of work, Billy enjoys golfing, working out, and keeping up with all things New England sports. Billy recently graduated from the exclusive Nashville Young Leaders Council and currently serves as the Treasurer of Friends of Angaza Nuru, a non-profit that raises money for children in Kenya. He lives in Downtown Nashville with his wife, Rosie, and their puppy, Deegan.
